Four-story Long Term Acute Care Hospital and Rehabilitation Facility located in Pineville, North Carolina. The $29 million project holds 40 long-term acute-care beds and 29 rehabilitation beds. The facility houses radiology, fluoroscopy, CT scanner, portable x-ray, physical therapy and speech therapy areas. The new building features dining and kitchen facilities, and support space including classrooms, conference rooms, consult rooms and equipment storage areas. A sustainable roof garden was installed, as well as a helipad.
